In-Office Savings Plan
An annual membership designed to make routine care affordable and predictable. Annual enrollment is $399 per member, with a $299 dependent rate for ages 25 and under.
Included each year
- 2 routine exams and 2 cleanings
- 1 emergency exam
- All necessary x-rays
- 2 fluoride treatments (children up to age 16)
- 30% off all other in-office services
- 10% off orthodontic treatment
No annual maximum · No waiting periods · No deductibles · No claim forms
The Savings Plan is a discount program, not a dental insurance policy. It can't be combined with other insurance or discounts, and applies only to treatment provided at our office. Ask us if you'd like to see whether it might be a fit.
